This hotel is very comfortable with friendly staff and free internet, and the twin room I stayed in was well-equipped, all with a fantastic location close to local attractions.

I had wonderful 2-night stay here! The standard king room was big size, had particularly nice views. Extras like central heating, a safe, and multi-channel television were appreciated. Nothing to complain about, the venue met expectation, can't recommend it highly enough it.

Nestled in the heart of high mountains covered with snow, this hotel is a perfect escape from city life. the spacious rooms are well-equipped and the bathrooms are spotless. the staff is friendly and always willing to help out. the breakfast is a real treat and the variety is just amazing. to this, the hotel offers a range of facilities that will cater to all your needs, such as indoor sports, cinema, and an indoor swimming pool that overlooks the stunning mountain view.

The location of the bar area could be improved as some guests find it hard to locate.

This hotel has exclusive amenities that cater to your luxurious needs. We were delighted with the Spa & wellness centre, indoor swimming pool, sauna, and Jacuzzi. the night club offers live entertainment that you wouldn't want to miss. Massage service is also available, and the spa lounge, steam room and Turkish bath make the relaxation experience complete. this hotel has a BBQ facility and sun terrace, where we enjoyed our meals and enjoyed the scenic view.

One minor issue was that the Karaoke lounge wasn't up to our expectations. It could have been better located.

I had a fantastic stay at a hidden gem in Qax. The resort had all the amenities my family needed, including spacious rooms and a beautiful playground for the kids. The manager, Yousuf, was extremely helpful and made sure we had everything we needed. The snowy atmosphere during our visit made it even more magical. I highly recommend this resort for a perfect vacation.
